About us
SafarWay Travels — Your Journey, Our Way.
We are a travel planning team focused on India. Our work is the unglamorous part of a good trip: sensible driving days, hotels that match what was promised, and a driver who knows the route.
What we do
SafarWay Travels arranges private, custom trips across India — from short weekend routes to multi-state journeys. Every enquiry is handled by a person who plans the itinerary manually: distances, realistic driving hours, where a night stop makes sense, and which season suits the route.
We do not run fixed group departures. Your group travels on its own, in its own vehicle, on the dates you choose. That also means the itinerary can be changed while it is being planned, and adjusted sensibly if conditions change on the road.
Enquiries are answered on WhatsApp so everything — the route, the quotation, the hotel names — stays in one place you can scroll back through.
Routes planned around you
We start with where you are travelling from, not with a fixed departure city. The itinerary is then shaped around your dates, pace and the places you actually want to see.
One vehicle, one driver
The same vehicle and driver stay with you for the full route, so there is no re-booking between cities and no surprise transfers.
Written before confirmed
You receive the route, hotel category, inclusions and exclusions in writing before anything is confirmed. Availability is always verified with hotels and transport first.
Answers, not sales pressure
If a route is too rushed, a season is wrong, or a vehicle is too small for your group, we will say so and suggest an alternative.
How an enquiry usually goes
- 1You share your starting city, dates, group size and the places on your list.
- 2We check the route for driving time and season, then suggest a workable plan.
- 3We verify hotel and vehicle availability for those exact dates.
- 4You receive a written itinerary and quotation, with inclusions and exclusions listed.
- 5Once you are happy with it, we confirm the booking and share the driver details before travel.
