• Quotations are valid for the dates and group size mentioned in them. Hotel and vehicle rates in India change with season and availability, so a quotation is re-confirmed if your dates change.
• A booking is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation listing the route, hotel category and vehicle. Nothing on this website confirms a booking on its own.
• Itineraries may be adjusted on the road for weather, road closures, permit rules or local restrictions. Where a change affects cost, we tell you before it is incurred.
• Entry tickets, activities and anything listed under exclusions are payable directly unless your confirmation says otherwise.
• Guests are responsible for valid ID proof, permits where required, and their own belongings during travel.
• Vehicles are provided with a driver. Driving hours follow safe limits, and night driving on hill routes is avoided.
