• Before a booking is confirmed there is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
• Once confirmed, cancellation terms follow the hotels, transport operators and any activity suppliers used in your itinerary. These terms are listed in your written confirmation before payment.
• Peak-season hotel bookings and permit-based routes usually carry stricter terms; we highlight those before confirming.
• Refundable amounts are processed to the original payment method after supplier deductions, and we share the deduction breakdown with you.
• If travel becomes impossible due to weather, road closures or official restrictions, we work with suppliers to reschedule or recover what is recoverable, and explain clearly what is not.
