Overview

Chitrakoot is spread across two states, so a day here moves between Ramghat on the Mandakini, the Kamadgiri parikrama, Hanuman Dhara on the hillside and the waterfalls at Gupt Godavari and Bharat Milap. Roads inside the area are narrow in places, which is why we usually keep one full day rather than trying to rush it on the way through.
